About Diana Telfer

Diana L. Telfer

When you’re going through a major life transition, you deserve more than just legal guidance; you deserve someone who truly listens, understands, and cares. Diana L. Telfer is that person.

Diana assists individuals, couples, and families as they prepare for and navigate a wide range of deeply personal legal matters, including divorce, separation, premarital agreements, and postnuptial agreements. With over 20 years of experience, Diana brings calm, clarity, and confidence to even the most complex situations.

Her extensive background includes handling large marital estates, high-conflict custody disputes, and emotionally charged family dynamics. Diana approaches each case with compassion and empathy, always keeping the well-being of the entire family in mind. Her integrative approach helps clients move through difficult moments with dignity and resolve, often finding peaceful outcomes through collaborative divorce or mediation. These alternative dispute methods allow families to heal and move forward without the added stress of court battles. After 17 years of litigating family matters, Diana has seen firsthand the damage the courtroom can inflict on families and now chooses to offer a more peaceful, constructive path for resolving family disputes.

Before becoming an attorney, Diana negotiated multimillion-dollar contracts in the fast-paced tech industry. That experience taught her how to stay focused under pressure and navigate complexity with grace, skills she now uses every day to guide her clients with confidence and care.

With Diana, you’ll find a compassionate legal partner who offers more than legal solutions. When you choose to work with Diana, you are choosing hope, empowerment, and peace of mind during life’s most challenging times.
